Moms & Babies First is a free, voluntary home visiting program for African American women to help you have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Talk to a Community Health Worker who understands your concerns, she will guide you through every stage of pregnancy and see you up to one year after baby is born. Your Community Health Worker will lend support in your journey, and help you locate resources to meet your family’s needs.

"Baby & Me Tobacco Free Quitting smoking is the BEST thing for the health of you and your baby. Pregnant women who qualify are current smokers or those who have been daily smokers up to 3 months prior to the pregnancy. She also needs to enroll by her 31st week of pregnancy.
Mothers (and partners) who stay smoke free after the baby is born can receive a monthly voucher for free diapers up to 12 months! This support can create healthier moms, healthier babies, and an outstanding return on investment."

Parenting Network of Family and Youth Initiatives
The Parenting Network has 3 locations to serve expectant mothers and fathers, as well as parents/guardians of infants and children. Participants are able to earn material items such as cribs, car seats, strollers, diapers, clothing, etc by completing lessons on pregnancy, childhood growth and development, parenting, relationships, and life skills. Lessons are offered digitally, providing participants the opportunity to complete them at a convenient time. Dedicated staff and mentors meet with clients during 1-hour sessions to review lessons and provide support. Recurring group classes on safe sleep, shaken baby syndrome, preventing child sexual abuse, home safety, and stress management are held at all locations and are available virtually as well as in person.

"Help Me Grow (HMG) is a voluntary program for families that are WIC eligible. Is a home visiting program for pregnant moms and new parents. Our caring and professional home visitors will partner with you to access the information and resources that can support the physical and emotional health of your baby and the entire family. Together, you and your home visitor will: Meet at a convenient time and place for you Provide support for your family by answering any questions you may have Do developmental screenings so that you know what to expect at each stage of development.
